RETIRED POLICE DOG BEWT

#RPDBewt is a female Springador who served Gwent Police as a specialist search dog from 2009-2018. She was originally gifted to Gwent Police by a family who could see the working potential in her.

 

#RPDBewt had a very successful career locating larger amounts of drugs, cash and even firearms during that time.

 

She retired due to health issues and lives with her retired former handler and family.

 

#RPDBewt now spends most of her time sleeping but still enjoys short walks and playing with her tennis balls. She isn't in the best of health with several conditions that require daily medication but her new housemate, a rescued Beagle cross keeps her occupied.
